Sen. Magnus Ngei Abe was born on 24 May 1965 in Nchia, Eleme, Rivers State. He attended St. Patrick College, Ikot-Ansa, Calabar and Akpor Grammar School, Ozuoba.
Obtained an LLB Degree in law, From the Rivers State University of Science and Technology; and was called to bar in 1987, 22yrs old.

1) Magnus Abe graded a 10KM access road from East-West Expressway to Kaani 2, in Khana LGA.

2) He provided standard water boreholes with generators to Kaani 2, Duburo, Oyorokotor, Kira, Olukanam, Bera, Giokoo, Nchia, Baen, Sogho, and Kenkoro.
