INCRA Felicitates With Chief Andrew Uchendu On His Swearing In As Senator

On such a day as this, joy fills our hearts and our confidence in our political process, the ability of the Judiciary to dispense justice  and Nigerian dream is rekindled with greater hopes.

Beneath the gladness that throng our hearts and the celebrations that follow your successful swearing in as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, representing the largest Senatorial District in the Niger Delta, is the knowledge and consciousness of your tortuous journey to the Red Chambers which culminated in your official swearing in today.

Though space will not permit us to do justice to the tales of your political journey to the Senate, the stories are still fresh in our hearts. At moments like this, we can only look back and say, the people's will have eventually prevailed!

Congratulations Chief Sen. Andrew Igbonule Uchendu, OON, Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the  collective voice, the bearer of the people's mandate, the true representative of the people and the alternative voice.

You have defied popular predictions, shattered fears, trampled on failure and  emerged a victor against all odds. Your  walk to the Senate will remain an enduring lesson to our political generation that those who must take new territories must first conquer their fears.

We are not excited only about your successful swearing in as a Senator but also about the rewarding legislation, fair representation and strong voice which your presence at the Red Chambers would bring to your Senatorial District. We repose total confidence in your abilities and urge you to replicate same feat you recorded during your days at the Green Chambers and dare to surpass them.

Congratulations once again. Our people now truly have a voice in the Senate and not a mere whistleblower.
