I have read the message shared by Sen. Magnus Abe on his Facebook wall and various WhatsApp platforms.
Ordinarily, one will assume that he means it when he usually call Dr. Dakuku Peterside “my brother”
But after reading the post, I came to the conclusion that it was done not just in bad faith and deliberately to paint Dr. Dakuku as a liar.
Assuming without conceding that Dr. Dakuku ever made such statement as he alleged, what a so called “brother” should do is, call and verify the veracity of his information than hurrying to his Facebook wall. Such a pity act from a supposed “distinguished senator” Has he ever communicated with his “brother” on Facebook before?
I have known Dr. Dakuku Peterside for over 25years and can say without any fear of contradictions that he is not one known to talk carelessly. It is either Sen. Abe’s informant quoted Dr. Dakuku out of context or he deliberately choose to be mischievous.
It is a fact that Dr. Dakuku had an award night for NIMASA Staff yesterday at Eko Hotel, but had to make a quick entry into Rivers state to attend the Free Rivers event in KHANA with his boss and Leader, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, CON., and returned same day to participate in the event at Lagos.
It is common knowledge to know that two events held same day in Rivers State, DAKUKU will ordinarily join his Leader and immediate boss, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, bcos he leads Dr. Dakuku follows.
