The members of the All Progressive Congress in ward 4 Abua-Odual Local Government Area which comprise Amalem, Omaraka and Ayama communities have on Sunday endorsed STANLEY ALEX-OWEN to run for the 2019 General Election as member Federal House of Representatives, Abua-Odual/Ahoada East Constituency.
The endorsement which took place at Amalem community town hall during the Party ward general meeting.
Stanley Owen, had earlier declared his intention to the leadership of the party both in the ward and LGA to run for National Assembly come 2019.
The Leader of the party in ward 4, BARR. SUPERINTENDENT ADOKI expressed his utmost happiness for the aspiration and as well declared the unflinching support of the Party.
A former councillor of Ward 4 and Caretaker of Amalem Community, CHIEF HON. ITOEMUGH OKURUGBO, who also spoke at the meeting, described Stanley Owen's declaration as a Divine Call to liberate the people of Abua-Odual and Ahoada East from the hands of the wicked people.
He called on all sons and daughters of Amalem community and Abua/Odual at large to support Stanley Owen, get their PVC's and vote for the All Progressive Congress because it's candidate is an Agent of Purposeful Change and hope to our people.
The woman leader of Abua-Odual APC, MRS. ENEGHENI UMOR, who spoke on behalf of the women described Stanley Owen as a trustworthy man declared the support of the entire women of Abua-Odual for Stanley Owen.
