The immediate past governor of Rivers State and Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi have described the emergence of Hon. Ojukaye Flag Amachree as party chairman as a new dawn for Rivers State APC.
Amaechi speaking at the first anniversary thanksgiving on the Inter-Ethnic Network Of Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi INCRA in Port Harcourt thanked INCRA for not only celebrating a anniversary but for also celebrating his birthday in a wonderful style.
