Nwakaudu: The Spokesman Has Gone Mad Again By Somiari Ogolo

Reading through a piece filled with half truths and childish insinuations titled: "Dakuku: A Houseboy and His Fears" written by one of Governor Nyesom Wike's layabouts, one Simeon Nwakaudu, one will not but wonder what kind of upbringing his parents gave him or whether he received any.

To put it more succinctly, since Nwakaudu was invited to come and eat by his off-the-mill benefactor, it is only reasonable that he tries to justify his pay, albeit through reckless and Irresponsible permutations.

Going by his cut and paste, loosely-woven no-good write up, it is obvious that Simeon Nwakaudu, like Governor Wike, has little patience for decency, depth, quality and reason.

One may also be tempted to pity him as his only qualification for the job is because his boss cares less about his competence and demeanor but more on his loose reasoning.

Like boss, like servant, Governor Wike seems to have successfully indoctrinated his bootlicker into the hall of infamy, filled only with those poor in managerial accumen and  tact.

For the uninformed, Dr Dakuku Peterside, the Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) is way and class above Nyesom Wike in terms of reasoning, grace, dilligence, contentment, comportment and education.

In every position Dr Peterside has been fortunate to hold, he has never been found wanting. He has left indellible marks for posterity and succeeding generations.

By the way, rather than allow the souls of those who lost their lives before, during and after the 2015 general elections in Rivers State rest in peace, the uncouth Nwakaudu is still talking about it.

Everybody in Nigeria still remember the pains, agony, bloodletting, sorrows and tears caused by Nyesom Wike's rampaging, militants cultists and thugs, who unleashed barrage of attacks on Innocent souls.

Perhaps, since Wike and his gang of waifs like Nwakaudu are suffering from dementia, Rivers people and indeed Nigerians still remember the inglorious mayhem that took place in Okrika, where the APC guber campaign train was mindlessly attacked in full glare of the whole world via a live transmission on Channels TV.

Even the Supreme Court of Nigeria agreed that the violence perpetrated in Rivers State was second to none. Of course, the orchestrator of the mayhem is occupying the seat of power today.

While the lapdog does not even know, Governor Nyesom Wike is one of the houseboys of our leader, Rt Hon Chibuike Amaechi. Wike has never denied that Amaechi is his master and that he owes his trajectory to the former Governor.

Rather than pray for his lineage to produce even a councillor, he is busy attacking those who God have placed in positions of trust and who have nurtured generations.

Since Nwakaudu lacks depth of reasoning or to put it better, cannot think for himself, we will encourage him to interview the over 13,000 teachers employed by Amaechi. Since he does not know, each teacher represents a generation.

Dr Dakuku Peterside is star amongst his generation and the results are there for all to see.

Since his assumption of office as the DG of NIMASA, President Buhari, the Federal Executive Council, African Maritime Administrations, stakeholders and the media have showered accolades on him for changing  the fortunes of the Agency.

As a commissioner and House of Reps member, his stewardship are yet unmatched in the state and constituency.

Unlike Governor Wike that lacks vision, Dr Peterside is a man of mission, vision and accomplishment. His works speak for him well beyond the continent of Africa. He is one of the poster boy of President Buhari's Government.

Like Dr Peterside has repeatedly said, Governor Wike will be history come 2019. I am ready to join other Rivers people to sack the governor through the ballot.

Wike has represented anything but tact, decency and discipline. He is the harbinger of bad things and people like Simeon Nwakaudu can only beat the drum of destruction for his boss, as he arrived with nothing, so also will he have nothing to lose.

Like the popular saying, those who kill with sword will always be afraid of shining metals. But in this case, Dr Dakuku Peterside is a shining star and he will eclipse the thoughts of the wicked championed by Wike and watered by half fits and misfits like Nwakaudu.
