The Purposeful Change Organization of Hon. Stanley Alex-Owen, a front line aspirant for Abua-Odual/Ahoada East Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) on Friday meets with the executives of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in ward seven (7) Abua-Odual.
Hon. Stanley during the familiarization visit to ward 7 at Digiriga Community Town Hall in Otapha clan declared his intention to run for House of Representatives to represent Abua-Odual/Ahoada East federal constituency.
He said Otapha people owe him a lot at this point in time because he supported their son, Captain Ephraim Nengim to become an elected chairman of Abua-Odual LGA.
He promised if voted into office, he will ensure the people of Otapha are connected to other communities in Abua by completing the Otapha road which has been abandoned.
Hon. Stanley also promised if voted into office, he will ensure that the entire communities in Otapha clan are given better representation.
He said he will ensure that all schools in Otapha clan are renovated to make the teaching and learning environment comfortable for students, give scholarships to students and create empowerment /employment opportunities for the people.
He solicited for the Ward's support and votes in the up coming party primaries.
Responding, the chairman of the party in the ward, Hon. Ojike Dibia thanked Hon. Stanley Owen for coming to meet with the people of ward 7 and for supporting their brother, Captain Ephraim Nengim, to became an elected Chairman of Abua-Odual LGA.
"Our people owe you a lot and we are giving you our total and unreserved support during the primaries and general election."
He declared that the entire delegates in Ward 7 are for Hon. Stanley Alex-Owen.
Hon. John Officer, former councillor of the ward also thanked Stanley for coming and declared him as their sole candidate.
We will stand by you, vote for you in the primaries and in the general election, he added.
Dr. Epegu David who also spoke during the meeting said Stanley Owen is a good man with great ideas and vision to transform Abua-Odual and Ahoada East federal constituency.
He urge the people of Otapha to stand firm and support Stanley Owen because he is coming to help and develop Abua-Odual people and communities.
Mrs. Diseph Dema-Oyaghiri, who also spoke during the meeting charge the woman leader and all women in the ward to support Stanley Owen because he is a typical Abua man and mean well for our women and children.
The leader of the party in the ward, Alh. Musa Oray in his closing remarks thanked Hon. Stanley Owen and his team for coming to ward 7 to meet with them.
He said ward 7 is standing strong with Hon. Stanley Owen and will deliver him in the party primaries and general election.
I wish you all the best and pray that God give us victory in 2019, he added.
