The former Senator representing Rivers South-East Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Magnus Ngei Abe has emerged as the Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Rivers after polling 30 votes in the substitution primary election conducted by the party in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
