A Port Harcourt Magistrate court has remanded Dr. Ipalibo Sogunle, former Director Rivers State Micro Finance Agency and three others for alleged embezzlement of over thirteen million naira.
They were arraigned Tuesday before Chief Magistrate A. O. Amadi-Nna.
Case adjourned to 6th July to enable the prosecution file the case properly.
The Rivers State Government had Monday announced his sack alongside three other directors over alleged fraudulent activities.
